have the brutality pieces equipped (on the diamond character), if you want to do brutality on all 3 of the enemy team then use the “brutal ending” talent. make sure the enemy you’re trying to brutality is under 25% health and you have to get lucky to get the special combo ender which will brutality them then (if under 25% health)

so keep doing combo enders on enemy under 25% health
