well I can say that I've had fX Shadow Sash and fX Frost Mask for a while. pre-3.3 while wearing those gear my block could not broken by AI, it would take a LOT of hits to break the block. same when AI wears them. POST-3.3 while wearing those gear the opponent AI can break my block all the time

I like that they put him in. The #1 character should be put in, I'm disappointed they didn't put him before Rain and Jade if I'm being honest. I like his design, I like his passive and the way it effects his specials, I think I like his gameplay (would have to unlock him to know for sure)
