I find getting diamonds from packs depends on a few factors. I received most of mine through packs. One I will fight in Fw or Battle mode for a while go to store and as soon you go to cards packs get the first one as fast as you can. Also tried touching some random point one or multiple points then don't let the pack open hit it before. Then again I'll let it open to certain point it all the way. Defiantly check diamond drop %. Needles to say if you don't hit a diamond from a few packs go fight longer come back rince and repeat. Experiment to see what works. I pulled four mk11 Raiden's back to back or two three etc. But the packs now or I haven't been on in 24 hours sucked. Odds of cold war horrible the mk11 pack though it pays off unless your close to fx. I need one Jade and two Raiden's I've gotten three Kabals out which mine is fx not one Jade. Sorry to ramble just bored.
