Why sometimes in Faction Wars I can do one battle and complete all my objectives, and sometimes not?

i've never not had it work when i got 200 are you sure objectives are reset

there does seem to be a bug where if you play within 1 hour of objective reset you can play 1 match and get them all if you're above 50k
