I've run into a new bug in the last couple of days. Sometimes I'm trying to move someone up to my team and they won't drag. It's like they're "On Quest" but they aren't. It's a character I never send on a quest anyways, but he's stuck and I can't put him in a team. This happened a couple of days ago with a different character, but that character was in a saved team so I loaded the saved team and everything seemed fixed. But this time, it's happening to a character who is not on a saved team so I can't just load him in. Anyone else had this or know how to fix it? Closing and restarting the game does not help.

Yes. It is a known bug since the last update. Try filtering your cards with a different filter. Other have said to go into a FW war battle to set up the team and then leave the tower. Either one should work. It is annoying but there are ways to get the card unlocked

It may be possible that you can get Kold War characters from a Diamond Outworld pack, but I suggest that you go get Kold War characters from the Kold War Pack, just to make sure.
