Guys, I had the same problem sliding certain cards into FW team, too. I found a workaround. Leave FW, goto a tower or battle mode and load a preset team with the character card that won't slide. Go back to FW, and that team will show. Swap out the other teammates.

Oh you're here, pretty sure one of my friends experienced this same issue, they contacted customer support and I think they provided him with the 400 souls he used up for the pack

And also at times the gold card lags out and you receive it after an hour

when i opened the terminator pack for the first time about 6 days ago, i also didnt get any character card, i wrote here and no one responded. i decided to shrug it off, and keep buying packs, until i get what i want. its pointless asking the support to fix it, their server already registered the trsanction anyway, whos to know if theres missing character card thag was not given as it should. maybe we shouls record every pack opening lol just in case
