I hear you, me personally I would still go for the gold pack because the challenge characters will come up for free but they are still good to have. Getting a diamond is very rare so at best you will only get one, maybe two depending on amount of souls you have. Im honestly glad I didn't go for diamonds until I had a lot of FX golds because they are comparable to a F5 or F6 diamond.

Like the only reason im getting through this elder tower is spamming klassic scorp sp1 to apply bleed, and then switching to Shinnok with my only Block breaker to buy time for the bleed to do damage. theres no way im gonna finish the tower but im trying to get as many rewards as possible im gonna get stuck on a DOT immune or Regen node.
