U can read the pinned msg by poison ivy. They only said they will ban ONLY if there is active hacking

How do you define active hacking? A lot of people have just been complaining that they’ve done nothing and still they’ve been banned.

A lot of people have spent money and if they get banned, it just doesn’t look nice.

It is also difficult to say what happened, probably NRS should just state the exact nature of hack so that the person has a chance to put his/her point of view fwd.

In most cases, ppl know what they did but they come this forum as a last resort.
