The only big bug this update is that bosses now use a "boss" modifier

This is timed + indestructible + dot immune rolled into one

The bug is that dot immune also prevents hurricane, jokers cards, and klassic ermac from dealing damage

It also means you can no longer kill bosses like mk11 jade with dots and incurability

I always thought stuff like Joker Cards and Hurricane should be not effective against bosses. Ermac is the only exception because his passive is written to not be affected by any modifiers and resistance.

Hurricane and Joker cards deal purple damage, which is DOT, so they never should have been allowed to work for so long in the first place.

Well the argument has always been since they are unique effects they bypass, like how pipe cant steal unique buffs

I guess we will see in 6.2 if its a bug or effective nerf

Well that’s a different matter. S tier to B tier is reasonable but if you drop from S tier to F tier because your DoT doesn’t work on bosses, you were never really S tier in my opinion. I can’t think of a single S tier character that would drop to D or lower if a single aspect of their kit was reworked. S tiers are well rounded.
