for klassic reptile, you can wait for la luna which occurs like 3 times a year and you have to do 24 hr quests to grind the reptile eyes to unlock him & fight his boss. or you can now buy a pack like kombat cup pack to drop a random diamond along with other great rewards.

if you want a challenge gold reptile (kraken), it’s recommended overall to just buy diamond packs including challenge golds just like mk11 skarlet packs.

i wouldn’t buy the basic gold packs for 150 souls, since diamond packs give better rewards. altho there are 2 basic gold reptiles in this pack (noxious and nimble). if you want them that bad, then you can open this as well only for your satisfaction.

there is silver reptile which is already a good reptile by himself. why? cause he deals poison on sp1 just like any other reptile and by spamming sp1, you keep applying poison dot on the opponent draining their health & stopping healings.

if you see a reptile appear in the character store, it’s absolutely not recommended to buy them. so i wouldn’t consider even trying, it’s a waste of souls. but you can still buy silver reptile with koins.

also for the klassic ninja pack, i wouldn’t buy this as well, since klassic reptile is free if you wait for la luna event and grind reptile eyes to collect him

The point is that the gifts should be better each day. And no, the first day gift doesnt counts because it was just a way to start an event. Give up a high reward and then you start low and get progressively better. Because thats how ✨ marketing ✨ works, not just an excuse to defend any reward coming up later. You get tower gears? Yeah your gift is better, but even if you didnt, it should still hold up to the other gifts you got. You people still dont get my point and at this point wont try, but ill clarify it once more.
You have a diamond chance on this gift, but you also have a big chance for golds, thats ok, because you can sellback them for a good enough reward, and also, it doesnt devalues the other gifts you got.
Now, in this later gift, which should be better, you have a chance for tower gear! Cool right? But you also got a chance for a bronze card, but that is NOT ok, because it's value along with the other rewards possible is completely 99% less valuable than the potential reward or at least, the one that everyone makes a big deal about.
