Your best bet would be someone that applies snare , plus kl scorpion.

Snare kl Liu to prevent tag outs , and keep attacking him, don't let him use his sp1 as that's a major heal for him . Don't set him on fire that would just heal him. Don't use anything that power drains on him as he's immune and ge would get a boost from it.

2. when you eventually get lui to zero hp and sf scorpion tags in to save him. Usd kl scorpion sp1 to pull back in Liu snare him again and finish him.

3. if you can't do more than 10%-15% damage per run to either boss. Try running a brutality set and the special ending talent to attempt to brutalize Liu when he drops below 25%
