ive kept using it for the LF build because LF, Kl Kano, and spec ops scorp is a great pairing

lf and kano are rewarded for basically getting low

and with me being able to keep chaining sp1s on kano with that power regen, the assists keep on comin

I wont deny MK11 Scorp is good because he is my main damage dealer..in his case, his fusion of mk11 scorp is not that high..bet that will not last long in boss battle with puny damage.
