Yup. Just throw your weakest team against them if you can’t win. You’ll get gold, souls, gear, and sometimes a gold character. I wish I threw more teams at the srt tower when I started. I couldn’t get that far so I gave up. I didn’t realize you could keep getting rewards from getting destroyed and lost out on some rewards that I now regret

Sometimes that happens. Sometimes you get something good. But look at it this way, it’s free to you so it is only a positive until you can get further in the tower to get the guaranteed rewards

Ff is a challenge character, and you can find him in challenge pack and diamond packs too.

You might need to slap Revenant or Bone Shield on your team just this once, or else you can always dudes that can save you from death, examples include: Noob Saibot, Unstoppable or Slasher Jason, Warlock Quan Chi, etc. You can also use either Terminator who are immune to X-Rays, so they wont take any damage. Worst case scenario you can just spend some souls to skip the final battle if its really too hard for you to beat. hope this helps!

To beat challenge 160 you have options. 1. Use Treacherous Tanya's passive "operative" to destroy the bosses equipment. Her passive targets an equipment at random on the targeted card/player. 4 times and the given card's equipment is all broken for the match. 2. Gain 5 levels in the "Hawk Stance" talent. Specifically Talents > Defense > Hawk Stance. This, along with the right equipment (all equipment that gives a resistance to debuffs i.e. Tremor's Earth Elemental Facemask) you can more or less nullify the Arctic Wind debuff. That's all I got friend. Good luck!

I disagree with anybody who says it is not worth doing elder towers when you already have the challenge character maxed. The first tower in elder difficulty presents a rare opportunity to score hard-to-come-by nemesis points for #💪-feats-of-strength (FoS) using only one bar of energy from each combatant. I ran that tower this morning and noticed that for every battle in that tower, NRS is handing us on a silver platter at least one FoS nemesis to take down. Many times the tower even gives us 2 or 3 nemesis foes in a single battle. All we have to do is choose the eight combatant who will take down the FoS foe and score the point. I must've s scored 35-40 FoS nemesis points in a relatively short period of time this morning when I ran that tower.

Without the challenge tower, I generally play only enough fw to place kontender II or maybe 3, do kwt and Shao Kahn tower when they refresh. For me, the challenges make the game sometimes more fun for a while, as I mess around with team making when reqs allow.

it gets really annoying the higher you get

Well especially when the 2 required characters you have only at low fusion

So you basically have to win with just 1 fighter under 1 min who might not even have any synergies with the other mandatory dudes on the team
