highly recommend to go for either mk11 skarlet,sub,scorp or the other one with kabal,jade,raiden just stick with it until u get at least one or two maxed u can then go for eng pack to get the diamonds u want
or u can go with basic gold pack and get maybe 1 or 2 character maxed for towers but still wouldnt recommend this just focus on mk11 and the golds u can get it later cause diamond is harder to get focusing on mk11 give u a much more useful collection of challenge golds rather than basic( more faster in fact cause u get challenge gold from fw and u will be using in a long run)
