You choose a kameo based on what is missing from your team (characters and gears)

For example why would you need a death mark kameo if your team has mk1 kenshi or homelander, or you have gear that applies it, or even have it activated in talent tree

Also why would you need a snare kameo if your team can snare easy without them?

So just choose a kameo after you build your team/equipments and see what is best and what are you missing in that case

In general and again in my opinion

A good kameo simply has 3 of the best buffs/debuffs, and has high haste

A “mid” kameo has 1-2 good effects

And the worst kameos imo are the DoTs ones

When I block the opponent special with kameo 2, my SPs become greyed out until the kameo attack is over, but when I return to fight, instead opf coming back, they remain greyed out and I cannot use them. I cannot switch characters either.

Not sure if I experienced that, but I just had one where I was forced to quit a survival fight cause it glitched out somehow, bye bye Elder run, 3 dead characters that should have breezed through the 15 fights... Geras had 1 hp left, couldnt kill him, couldnt use specials, couldn't use Kameo. (This kind of glitching has happened often enough that I'm noticing it since Kameos came out and in survival it is a devastating blow when it happens. Kills a run in its tracks.)

Best debuffs Death Mark, Snare, Cripple, Power Drain

Best Kameos for those debuffs have the highest Haste which is derived from their regular kard’s Power Gen and means they can be used faster and more often (shorter cooldowns).

My top Kameos right now are Injustice 2 Raiden and Klassic Reptile, because of their buffs/debuffs, fusions, and most importantly their haste.

It affects the cool down timers. A higher haste decreases the timer. When viewing the Kameos SP1, 2, and X-RAY it shows how long it takes to reset. Viewing Kameos with different haste values will show how the cool down timer value is different
