Nope. Only just since this most recent update (7.1) have Kameos been featured in the rewards track for new character Kombat Passes.

Kameos of Kombat Pass characters were featured in some of the final Ascension Kombat Passes seasons’ rewards tracks (e.g. Klassic Noob Saibot, Kraken Reptile), but were dropped once Kombat Pass switched over to new characters and only just were introduced with update 7.1.

This was likely due to the fact that new character Kameos were always very limited release before, offered only for purchase as part of new character bundles.

thats really a difficult question, Id recommend you just filter kameos by haste, check out all the ones with 130% haste and decide the effects you like the most

haste is the most important factor for best kameo, but beyond that it comes to personal preference

the only real exception is most khaotic krypt speedrunners are using lizard noob for fear on sp1, this is pretty much exclusively to counter tanuki saves. and the DM on xray doesnt hurt

I like DKNS in diamond nd Edenian Sindel in Gold.
There are so many so haven't tried all but these two helped a lot.
Lizard noob is one as well but I don't use him.

Overall any snare ones are always very helpful to have some level of control in not letting the opponents tag out

homelander is kinda equally the best and worst kameo in the game, because yes he is the highest haste but bringing his kameo means you cant use him on your team which is really bad lol

My favorites are BD kabal, mk1 kenshi, and BD erron

that said theres alot of secondary application, like klk is good because his counter is fast and stuns, so his sp1 is useless but sometimes you arent using a kameo for that say if your bossing
