the problem with him is that he cam carry you through a lot of battles easily at fusion 0, but at a certain point he stops being very useful until you get him at fusion 8 or more, as fusion below that dont give him enough stats to compete with the better characters

he is amazing early game but he falls off hard mid game before returning as an average diamond at late game

however his lethal blow chance could be extremely useful with the stronger mk11's like liu kang

there’s less sp dmg to boost in the first place so combining oblivion with shield or a weaken turns them absolutely useless
