In what ways can I "gain regeneration buff 40 times"? I have used "heal" for BGKotal's SP2 several times, and I have used VampMileena's SP2 on bleeding opponents several times. Got regen every time, but it doesn't count towards this goal in my kombat pass trials

I guess I have two Ascension cards but I'm in a quandary as to whom I should apply them to. I don't want to split them between Hanzo and KCSB, but her FoS stats are better because I've used her more times. But, I'm already running HHS (sounds like a ship. lol) a bit in BM to build some of his stats. I haven't used her much without KCJC, but ol' boy is becoming more impressive and valuable with use and he can help without specific team synergy.

HHSc seems a bit off also.

They're both Ascended once already.

I don't anticipate getting a Dark Raiden sellback anytime soon.

He's a great candidate though.

I was hoping they would bring back a repeat of the first two. But I suppose that would be bad economics for them.

The stat increase when ascending is small. My advice is to wait until you have everything needed to fully ascend a single character. When choosing which to ascend, choose either: the one you have Brutality/Friendship sets for or the one you like playing more. Again there is no significant stat increase.

Yes, I'm aware of that very small increase. That's why I intend to use both on a single character. Doing so, would give me greater motivation in using the lucky character, as I seek to increase their usability by learning their strengths, weaknesses and possibly their quirks, along with improving with use, their FoS stats. Waiting around indefinitely before Ascending one of them would be unwise.

KCSB is best on KC teams but can slot into any team. Her passive can be useful to single out the enemy you want to fight last.

Dark Raiden has good passives and a deadly SP2

Hanzo is a beast. He dishes out fire and bleed seemingly with every hit. Bleed doesn't last very long which makes triggering his second passive hard.

Waiting can be useful if you currently don't have any Brutality sets. By the time you get everything needed to fully ascend you may have a Brutality set and this would be the character to ascend. Right now ascending is about allowing gold characters to perform Brutalities.

That is going to change in the future but details as to how and when have not been revealed.

Whomever. EGK gives a full bar of power to other Elder God's when defeating an opponent with a SP ability. Ideally another Elder God. If taking strictly golds then Thunder God Raiden is good for his tag-in damage. Shinnok is also good his SP2 deals lots of damage and gains strength on anyone's death.

His elder gods synergy is that they become immune to crits

klassic shang tsung is BALLER but needs to be in an all klassic team (paired with klassic reptile & shao kahn he is crazy good)

his combo enders have a chance of letting him shape shift into another klassic character

and his special 2 gives u that option as well

every time an outworld character tags in there's a 45% chance shao kahn will throw his hammer at the active opponent, power draining them

and once per match his special 2 will instantly kill any opponent at or below 40% hp

with klassic reptile & shang tsung you have an all outworld team

and if you max reptiles special 1, give him some power generation / buffing his special 1 (max fusion bladed fans are great for this) you can basically just keep reptile full hp

and with shang tsung, every time he shapeshifts for the next 3 seconds the enemy has a 75% of missing their attacks (basic and special) so if you swap in shang tsung, use his special 2, and stand there you could force the enemy to whiff a special of their own

and of course, by swapping between reptile and shang tsung, shao kahn is gonna be throwing his hammer at the opponents throughout the match, meaning the entire time they're taking a bit of damage and losing power

I just completed 39 out of 40 of the free Kombat Pass trials. I don't think I'm going for the Icon this time, as I don't want to fight all the way back to match 87/100 in Shao Kahn's Tower just to get that Icon. Causing 40 instances of Fear wasn't easy, but I found Silver Jacqui to be the best choice for that. Unless your other characters are low fusion, they'll likely kill the opponent with their SP2s instead of applying Fear.

Cant figure one with "elixirs in missions" - something like that in my language - using 10 souls on map wont progress quest, quick ending wont, using potions in krypt wont, i have 3/7 and going mad trying to finish kombat pass.
