I hoped that what Hutch did with asking players to spend a large amount of keys, resources, and fodder to get painted versions of what we already have, in addition to raising resource requirements to extreme levels, would cause players to stop spending to send a message. However the top two clubs right now have ensured Hutch will keep doing what they have been. So anyone not spending hundreds a month on the game hoping it would get better, can safely assume the game will become less affordable not more.

Were the S&S trucks for everyone? No, they weren't. But we have a lot of players who didn't have the F-150 or Silverado and these players had an opportunity to get these cars and get the custom version of them too.

Lots of players have said they wished they were a Decal prize or a Custom Car instead and this is feedback we hear and for the next Flag Car, we think we'll offer it as one of those options.

As the stats for the cars are the same, there's no reason we should stop the S&S F-150 from being in an event with the standard F-150. I'll talk to Josie and make sure this is something we remember to consider.
The reason we haven't opened the S&S events up with the non-S&S versions in the Club events is because anyone who's buying the S&S cars wouldn't have a chance to compete with their fresh cars. Anyone owning the standard versions will likely have upgraded and fused etc and it wouldn't be a good experience to race with these new cars.

As a Collector I'd always keep both. But I know what you mean. Keep hold for now and I'll chat more with Josie in the morning when she's back online and I can post an announcement to confirm it 🙂

I would agree that the regular tier A trucks and their s&s counterparts should be treated the same in the future, basically the same vehicle. But I do understand not letting the regular ones in the ladder and h2h. If someone got the new s&s they should be the ones getting the rewards from the events.

Before last season there were a ton of players that didn't have the F150 or Z71. Last season Hutch decided to make these two trucks the stars of the season, so many many people spent keys, gold, and cash to get and upgrade.

Does Hutch truly believe that people who didn't get the trucks last season are all of a sudden thinking I have to get the S&S trucks? And now I am ready to spend keys, gold, and cash to upgrade, but wasn't ready a month ago?

Then the final blow (to those who bought and upgraded last season) Hutch makes last seasons star vehicles pretty much useless this season.

For Hutch to justify this season for those reasons is why so many racers have complained and likely to leave.

Personally I was planning on buying the Rebel Pass and the AMG OffRoad (total of $25 US dollars) for this season, but haven't yet and not sure I will. The poor customer service and lack of communication has become too much

the root cause of all the animosity and general grumpiness is due to players no longer enjoying the game...

the fact hutch keeps changing foundational things like costs, rewards, fp values, number of parts... that take a long time to plan and strategize for...

and when they do make changes its always more difficult for the player (moving the goal posts further away) ...

then hutch not sharing the info on these changes b4hand...

...and the information they do share is often inaccurate...

if everyone was enjoying the game and liked what hutch was doing... everyone would be a lot more happy go lucky🤷‍♂️ lol

I agree that our communication on this update wasn't good enough and we will do better.

Looking at the feedback, I think a Tier A Off-Road Open running parallel to the S&S trucks and their events may have been more enjoyable for all to take part.
Any standard f-150 / Silverado trucks you have already are definitely not useless and you can use them next week in the Off-Road Tier A event that rewards Club Points.

The team are working on the HotFix to relieve some of the issues from the update. I'll post more on that tomorrow in #🎮│game-updates

Fine if you have both and want to use the regular trucks for fusion fodder - that’s your choice. But don’t ask Hutch to exclude the regular trucks from future events too. The flag ones have to be twice fused to finish their ladders anyhow.

Precisely why players should be grouped in like brackets by stars. So for example the Lancer - all 1* in a bracket(s) together, all 2* together, and all 3* together. This would help level the playing field and turn players focus more on resource management than just buying tickets. Just my opinion.

Because I’m happy to go along with the majority. If most players want Slow and his WRA friends to be able to insult players here with impunity, then so be it. As I see it, Hutch has a truck load of unsolved issues and challenges with communication. This has left players frustrated. Probably the most effective way to react as players (and clubs) is not to spend.
There was a statement made by a club member of WRA that supported this line of thinking. "Not competing for 1st" can be interpreted as "not spending" or "less spending".
The scoreboard just shows something completely different. It's not some ad hominem attack on WRA, I am just wondering what happened to that statement?
Other clubs have stood by what have been written here, and is performing clearly poorer than "normal". I just feel like a missed opportunity here..

People change their minds all the time. It's ok to admit that seeing Rebel Legends with more points, WRA changed club strategy and is now supporting Hutch to fullest depth of their pockets.

The other clubs you mentioned have a few people that are buying the S&S trucks. The top club right now has always made it a requirement that every club member get them. The 2nd place team club owner posted a message where a majority of it was based on frustratios towards Hutch (as did a majority of players). He only had a one little blurb about what some players will do anyway.

So the post is very misleading and not accurate when his club pretty much has the same amount of points as the Top team.

As I posted above, I really don't care who wins this season or who spends all of their time and money. If WRA changed their club stance, then just admit it.

@light palm For what it's worth - A cash entry H2H, just like the regular weekly ones, ( low prizes) but using mini's on the italian tracks. Each week, or fortnight is a different tier so it works on a 4 or 8 week cycle respectively. - Just always seemed such a waste to have those tracks sitting there which must have taken a lot of time and energy to design/implement. And the mini races were fun.

Just a note to those waiting for cash car fusion to come back. From what @inland vine posted they are looking to bring it back at about the same cost as we had last month. However, because of the extreme increase in resources required to upgrade all cars now, we will no longer be able to use extra augments on cash cars for fodder as we did previously. So while the price may appear the same, overall it is notably worse because of the inability to fodder extra augments without burning a lot of resources.

All of Hutch's updates and changes the past several months have been geared towards lining their pockets and catered to fostering more spenders. Little has been done to improve players' experience for the majority of us. If you want to know who's benefitting it's clearly demonstrated when you look at the huge disparity in the season leaderboard.

I buy the Pro Pass every month, I buy gold sometimes, and I never use gold for h2h tickets, rematches, or resources. I use my gold to enter events. This is my actual gold right now. So my question to @ruby inlet is, do you want players like me to quit, or keep playing? (And no I’m not asking people here if I should quit, I know what that answer will be lol.)

Multiteam club is not connected with point dump. It's simply hard to sync between different players to do it on regular base. Multiteam is mostly useful for recruitment and to give players a rest. You don't need a multiteam to dump points.

Maybe, but its too complicated. For dumping you don't need to have another club where you park your alt accounts. Swapping players once in the middle of season (based on their current performance) is a promotion, not a dumping.

Look. I was recruited to team 2, when i was 50-60 days in the game. Nobody knew me, how i could perform etc. In last season, after first week, i was promoted to team 1. This season I'm in team 3, bcz i don't want to buy scam trucks.. That's how it works. I just tired to read stupid things about our multiteam. Think about this

It’s still a problem for teams that only have a single club with 30 racers , I know bc it happened in my past club many many times .. all it takes is a handful of racers in the top 10 position from your own club and voila! That’s it - you’re racing your fastest times and the game offers you your own teammates - that’s how it goes . That’s how it’s been . Create a scenario where 6-8 of your racers are in the same server and you can see that this is a huge problem ... guys taking losses in points, wasting a race on a slow opponent bc the only option is their teammate .. from a computer programming standpoint it’s not a difficult fix .. they keep track of clubs so they can do it 🤷🏼 theres even situations occasionally where ALL THREE OPPONENTS are from your own club , although more common is 2/3 being your own club mates

The issue is that algorithm was not designed keeping clubs in mind so more likely no one thought about it 🤷‍♂️

In all fairness any changes in h2h format will require tweak in algorithm ~ which unfortunately doesn't happen...

If we register in the first 24 hours, then being racing, the game can evenly distribute players from clubs into different brackets. I’d say we need to reduce the max to less than 100 per bracket though. I’m not sure the algorithm is set up to handle a small number of players in a bracket where several are in the same club, it won’t find a match. You would have to completely rewrite how it works I’m guessing.

When you have even a few top racers in the top 10 from the same club you would want to punish them unnecessarily??? Like some sort of penalty for being in the spot they are despite them playing by the rules?? You get 10 races for a set amount of money or gold coins . It’s bullshit to have to give up even 3 or 4 of them because of being forced to race your teammate OR settle for racing a low point opponent . Think about it . You want to just penalize everyone because of a completely different issue of clubs using multiple teams to advance their position . I don’t agree with multiple team clubs but handicapping legitimate racers in other ways is not the way to fix that problem .

Free advice to anyone thinking of getting the Range Rover. The 3850 gold is over $33, the 600 gold keys is $50. That would make this vehicle the most expensive ever in the game. As a top 20 club member you already have or will get the X Raid. That Mini is very good, it’s better than the G63 and Custom overall.

So not only is the Range Rover way overpriced, it’s completely unnecessary. Just save your gold and keys for next season and the big update with new cars. Off-road will most likely be forgotten about after this season, which is another reason you don’t need the Rover. Your club will almost for sure stay in or around the same rewards bracket with our without the Range Rover.

I completely agree with you mate, This just shows even more greed from Hutch Games… We were promised that we would only have to open at the least 10 gold crates to acquire the new range Rover and he has completely gone back on his word… Every single one of the Tier S off-road vehicles will completely annihilate this new Range Rover so, what is the point in purchasing it? If all the clubs think it is way too high the price for the range rover, I would request all the club leaders to mark their words and not enter the ladder, if not all atleast top 20 clubs need to do it here... there has to be some compensating reply from hutch.

I don’t think anything we post here will make a difference. In my opinion the Range Rover is overpriced by 100%, it should have been 300 gold keys. Over $36 dollars for a vehicle is unacceptably high. The rewards and cost to enter in the Ruf Ladder, and GT3 ladder and h2h are seriously terrible. We all know what things are worth, Hutch’s decision making of late is angering many of us.

The only message we can send that will matter is simply not entering events with terrible rewards, and not buying vehicles that are clearly overpriced. Everyone is free to do as they please of course, but if you want this game to be playable by non coiners, then stop spending money and stop entering bad events. Hopefully Hutch will listen to the money, and fix things in the future. Thanks.

For an honest refund you should contact Customer Support first as soon as you can after making a purchase. They can remove the items from your game and then the Apple store processes a refund.
It's not possible to reverse all purchases and a refund wouldn't be permitted. To refund in this situation would be fraud and we ban accounts that make fraudulent refunds.

Hmm, I’d say the G63 at $15 was not for everyone, that’s a lot for a single virtual vehicle. The RR was $50 worth of keys, that was an intentional notification to anyone complaining that the game has gotten to expensive, so now they know they game will continue to get a lot more expensive. I don’t know of any other game charging $50 for a single vehicle.

You may have more insight about this than me, but I agree. My prediction has been that with T&L we will end up throwing away everything anyone has invested into this game. We will be starting from scratch with a design to hook as many players as possible followed by a further rapid ramp up in costs. This past season has been very bad in terms of player enjoyment and value for money. If thinks don't improve next season most of the top spenders in my club will quit and I believe it is the same for other clubs also. Which will affect sales as well as ad revenue. Hopefully other top clubs can chime in as well. We Hope this situation will be fixed soon. Even if the next season needs to be pushed back we would prefer it over what happened this past season.

Hutch, I think it was Katie, posted that manufacturer augs are slightly better than generic of the same tier. I’d like to actually test that but I’m not that perfect of a driver to test a tiny difference. But a generic aug of a tier one higher is better than the manufacturer.

Wow, that’s a lot. 4th place is a loss even if you don’t buy any tickets. Only way to not lose is get top three without buying any tickets. I guess Hutch can take the rewards down to zero and players will still enter 🤷‍♂️. I guess I’ll find out if you can still progress in the game without ever entering a gold h2h again.
