Xmini h2h... Game locked up on transition screen and wouldn't load after watching rematch ad... so instead of losing just -7 points... was called a forefiet and lost -20! 🤬

Why not just get rid of the part where the ghost player loses points? There are a lot, and I do mean a lot of problems with h2h. One quick solution is just keep everything the same except the ghost player doesn’t lose or gain points. Only the active player would gain or lose points. It is currently completely unfair how the game repeatedly chooses your opponent.

Hi Guys, As the X-Raid wasn't available in the last Club Season, the point boost wasn't applied to it. There's no need to worry, the %'s for all MINI models will be adjusted for the new season as it wont be the focus Manufacturer for the next season.
What you're seeing on the Cooper S etc is the boosted % for Clubs BETA.

i don't want any rewards, katie! the event finished days ago.
i understand it, but i only want a refund of what i've spend on that event.
i told @Hutch_Ian at the time that i was on top 3, far from the 4th, after about 33 hours playing (for fun and for my club) and with all the bugs and the erratic best times that i had on my tracks it was impossible to play, even if i'd spend lots of gold refilling tickets and fuel. because every time i played the more i lost points, with that situation and the other players below me would surpass me, as obviously they did and it wasn't their fault.
the answer of ian was to "keep racing if i wanted to maintain on top 3". i even could spend lots of money just to compensate what the bugs have done to my times and the points i would win (+5) against what i'd loose (-20), but it was humanly impossible to reach the times that appeared as my best and even if i would win every single race for +5 points each the only thini would win was money out of my wallet, if i can explain myself.
i only want a full refund of i've spent on that particular event.

you have previous tickets against your ID, so you have done it right in the past. It's quicker for the team to action if you have the ticket raised from your game as it links to your ID right-away.

Honestly Steve , implying that the time I posted is connected to the time I experienced the issue doesn’t make sense. I know exactly what happened . I haven’t played the game for as long as others users here but for sure I played enough to understand how registration deadlines work. I did not missed those two deadlines that is a fact. We have been talking about this for weeks. Hutch thinks it is too easy to fuse so they plan on making it next to impossible, unless you spend a lot of real money in the game. Do not open any crates until the Porsche update comes at the end of the month, they will remove cash cars from them. You can fuse with cash until that happens, but you will only get 51 points for spending $130k in cash to max a D car.

when I recently raced an opponent they remained as not even starting the H2H.

Anyone having issues with watching ads .? For the past few days it plays one ad then goes back to main screen with NO reward given. These are the new ads in which newspaper articles are being viewed it lasts 10 seconds then goes blank. I am able to do daily runs and double payout no issues.

On the top of ad is green bar it played one ad, then it stops and reverts back to main screen or closes app out completely. Thanks.

Every time I drive Pagazi Zonda through turn 1 at Around Town track it makes sound like it is hitting the wall, regardless of how far I am from that wall. I have been getting this screen everyday for that last three day. It resets my gameplay and the I have to uninstall&install the game again. This gets rid of my customisation. Normally it's suppose to appear after a update.

That popup will appear every time you uninstall and reinstall the game, or if you clear app data on an Android phone, or if the game is unable to record that you've clicked the confirm button (normally due to a lack of free space for the game to save files). It doesn't have any impact on the game save itself, it's just something that you're required to confirm that you've seen.

If you see it the next time you boot the game (without uninstalling and reinstalling) then it definitely sounds like the game is having trouble saving the files it needs to.

If you can, please fill in a !bugbot form (make sure your DMs are enabled) and fill in your Hutch ID in answer to the first question. I can then check our crash database to see if anything is showing up from your device.

On the options screen, where it shows your Hutch ID, it will also show your Google ID and your Facebook ID, if they are logged in. The Google ID should show (GP: some number) and for Facebook (FB: some number). I would get in touch with CS via the Help & Support button and ask them to remove the account that you don't want. You will need to give them the Google or Facebook number for the account that you want removed.

When you boot the game and it shows the “preparing garage” message it should have placed your Hutch ID onto the device clipboard. If you could then fill in a !bugbot report you should be able to paste the Hutch ID into the answer for question one. We can then access your account ok our server and figure out what’s happened. You should have used cash cars as fusion fodder before the update. Now you can keep the ones you have in case you use them at some point in the future. If you have duplicate cash cars then you can sell them for next to nothing to get cash which is basically worthless. Or keep the duplicates and hope Hutch changes the game in the future where they can be used again.

They answered that before, they felt the game was too easy and too cheap. Many players who have played for a long time had many cars and fused them without spending money. I had hoped the developers would just make it a little harder and more expensive. But they decided to make it almost impossible to get new cars and fuse without spending many hundreds of dollars. I estimate it would cost close to one thousand dollars now to catch up to the players who have been playing for a long time.

Well, what it’s morphing into is a game where for each set of races you will need to buy a new special car , and then spend more REAL cash to upgrade it and be able to use it within the allowed timeframe . It’s a money grab .
So this Porsche now after I’ve upgraded two other porches (RUFs) will cost $50, then the gold coins to run the events $10, then assorted coins necessary to upgrade the car and fuse it $$, and that is just for this week.. later on there’ll be another event where you might be able to use this Porsche . It’s just about repeat buying .. but they’ve created addicting gameplay . It’s no accident . Between the Bugatti issues I had , the mclaren issues and the Porsche .. you know I judt bought a new Jeep Cherokee .. I’ll put the hundreds of dollars into that . Thanks

Add me to the list. I purchased the Porsche Smash event 3 times. Each time I got the message “Purchase failed, check your internet connection”. Guess what? It’s not my internet connection because the charges are showing on my iTunes account. With this many people have issues, how about a little customer service letting us know that this is a 1.) a known issue, 2.) we are working to resolve this, 3.) take the event down until you get the issue fixed.

@marsh hornet We don't have images for every Manufacturer created, so it defaults to an image based on the Tier of the Event. I believe there's a task in the backlog for creating multiple images that could be used and show a more accurate image.

Cheaters will be dealt with, the actions they make in game get flagged and they pretty much report themselves by cheating.
Refunds are at our discretion. You saw a pop-up for the event showing you the name and event info and cost before you hit "Enter". It wasn't "a trap".

If someone leaves the club keeps the points. If he comes back he has those points again, like he didn’t leave.

As ™ zod has mentioned, a player’s club contribution in a season remains if they leave the club. If they return to the club, any new points gained will be added on top of the old points.

Not sure if that’s a recent change/bug, but there are cars that I can’t use anymore for fusing (includes the sad-looking Ford Focus, but also other B, C and D level cars). Also, and that’s another recent change, but resources (in the resource tab) can only be bought with gold coins now. Other than the level 6 resources, it is kind of pointless since they can all be bought with coins directly.

Those are not bugs they are “features”. Cash cars can’t be used for fusion, resource shop is all gold. Everyone was unhappy about those changes, but that’s what Hutch wanted to do.
