I’m often ranked in top 10 in my A head-2-head because I maxed out my Nissan. I only rarely loose a race and most times win it anyway after watching the ad.

I notice every time that people ranked within top 10 on H2H have worse times on tracks than people ranked 30+. Worse by about 0.6s to 1.5s.
Most of my opponents are ranked low, and have no choice but to pick them because I want a challenge. But whenever I am offered a top 10 opponent, i go out of my way to race them, to reduce their points, even though I only get +7 points from that.

Not sure if this is a bug or a result of my own ranking..?, but it feels wrong to rank faster cars on the bottom and slower cars on top.

If this is a conscious choice by Hutch, perhaps they can simply explain how the ranking system works and what aspects are valued above record times on tracks.

Game is massively bugged. Interference between ghost opponent and your car which causes a slight pushback. Its like you bump into a wall.

Not to mention the game knows which resources you are missing but only gives you the ones you dont need most of the time

@normal sandal That is the only suggestion we can give, I know it's not super useful. I found over the weekend that if I waited a minute with the error open or the "free cash" pop-up open, I was able to then watch another advert.
I also let adverts run to the very end too and didn't hit the cross to close it after 30 seconds if there was still time on the clock

Not useful at all Katie. After 3 days of not being able to play ads at all, no matter what I tried, it started working again. I had assumed that you found & fixed your bug, but apparently not? I certainly hope this doesn't occur again.

Hello! I hope my problem gets resolved after a year.

I played the game during beta phase and then went to race for Tyler's Escort. The game kept going in a loading loop so I asked support for help. Arthur (I think?) reached out to me and he said he has added the Escort into my account. However I did not see the Escort so i asked again, "sorry i dont see it in my garage?" Then after that i was never able to log in that account through FB.

It would get stuck in "Fetching Profile" endless loop stage. The game works fine until I log in that FB account.

I hope this get resolved.

so once you lose a race and youre out of gas, you watch an ad to get one free gas

after that race you gas displays as 1 gas and if you tried to do any races it gives you an error

Best thing to do is message customer support from the options screen and ask them to transfer the cars from the Facebook account that doesn’t work, to the account that does work. You’ll need to give them the social name for the Facebook account so they can find it on the server. There’s obviously something broken with that account.

@plush moat this is not a bug. You need to buy the K5 blazer before you can run in off-road. If you are requesting a change in how the game works, you should use #🎮│game-suggestions

And there is a daily test drive in both off-road and mini. But you need to own the K5 blazer or the mini cooper s to race them

If you believe you had a race taken away from you that you were supposed to be able to race, use the in-game help & support and they should have access to your account and might be able to look up what happened.

FYI, Players can remediate the connection issue for watching ads by switching between wifi and their network provider (or to plane mode and back).

this happens to me sometimes too but on my device it's maybe because I click too fast on the "watch ad" button after watching an ad

We are aware of the Ad issue and the team are looking into it.
I've found when it pops up in my game to clear the message by pressing "ok" and waiting a while (15-30 seconds) and then trying again and it'll play an advert.

I've not had to turn wifi/cellular data/my device on and off to do it.

The error is caused by the Ad provider thinking an advert is still running

That is correct it's another ad in the background causing the issue. I think it has something to do with the in-stream & banner ads not being in sync with each other. I could be wrong though.

What are you talking about? Of course you can use a B augment in an S car. What you cannot do is the opposite, using an S augment in a B car. Augemnts can be 1 level above, same lvl, or 1 level down the level of the car

Thats completely normal, its explained in the info section. The system combines some rolls if the type of item is repetead. For example 1 roll of 30 gold and another roll of 20 roll, will appear as just 1 roll of 50 gold.

Ok hear me out, I don't know if this is exactly a bug or not, there is always this one car, a black ruf with orange rims. I have played 3 continuous double payouts (ie. 9 races) and at the first race of each double payout that car crashes my car and we both go crashing literary at the same place at all the three starting race! But the more bigger concern is my car just stays transparent whereas that car returns to normal around 7-8 seconds before my car! Because of that I have lost those races, but in the recent one I somehow managed to defeat that car as that car crashed but I did not wait for my car to be re-tracked by AI but did so by my own. The concern is why is my car getting to normal so late after literary the AI car has almost completed the race too...

The system has no actual way of doing that. The ghost you see its just a recording of a past race, which cannot change nor "see" what you are doing in the present. You are not even playing with the ghost, you just compete for the time which is a simple clock count. You should record a video and provide to Hutch, but I doubt that is the case.

The Lotus paints aren't a bug. I can explain that one! I've been working on new paints for the cars and the Exige colours slipped in the last update by mistake. They're in the process of being approved by Lotus. Once they are, they'll have real purchase options assigned and appear in the store.

I would force close Rebel Racing and then clear one at time (starting with Google Play services). Reboot Rebel Racing after clearing each one to see if it fixes the problem.

Do you have any idea what might have started causing the issue? Obviously you’ve been playing the game fine before. Did you install a different version of the game? Perhaps one that wasn’t from the Google Play Store?

The problem was faced by me since the start of my Rebel Racing Career but I never bought it up cause I thought it was just a small issue so it doesn't matter much, but now I realised that my game records (eg. Achievements) haven't been saved nor being saved on Google Play games. So I decided to bring up this matter...
Yes, I have followed all the steps mentioned in the Google Play settings and by you, but still the same dialog Box appears wherever I start the game.

If the prize is a single resource, but you already have the maximum amount of that resource, the game will incorrectly show that messed up resource image. You should have seen the refunded resource popup straight afterwards, which would have told you that you were given the cash equivalent instead.

The resource difference seems skewed on the Mini A. It takes four(4) times as many for same parts than other A tier cars..

If u are at 0 pvp tickets and u play a video for the hourly extra ticket while the timer for the regular ticket refill around is 30 seconds... u only get 1 ticket refill and the ad timer resets... i should get 2... one for the regular timer, and 1 for wstching the ad... this has happened to me twice now

Usually when that happens to me, the ad timer is still there to try again. You dont just lose it.
If the regular ticket count stops being 0 when you are already seeing the ad, you dont get the ad ticket but you can try again right away.

I've double checked the gold/silver/bronze crate data from the last five releases of the game, and the cash and gold roll information is the same in all of them.

In the gold crate that means:

30% chance of receiving gold on the 3rd roll.
50% chance of receiving gold on the 4th roll.
50% chance of receiving gold on the 5th roll.

*Note that currency awards are added together when shown in the rewards animation.
