All the events I've attended since last Thursday, and I've done them all... Parallel Bracket

It started last Tuesday I think. All events from then had two brackets rather than one. It happens now and then and Nico "does something" and then they go back to only having one at a time till it fills for a couple of months before it "breaks" again.

Parallel brackets are fine. We race with Hutch’s current algorithm. I would rather go back to,the original algorithm than fix brackets. But Hutch has very limited resources, and bracket fixing would be at the bottom compared to other bugs that prevent the game from moving forward.

The problem is low participation and there is no option for shorter H2H because the first set of brackets don't fill for many H2H

The original matching algo was good, the current one stinks worse than Game of Thrones season 8, and that is saying something. The current algo is what made me lose any serious interest in the game. Too bad they didn’t just sell this game to someone so it could be fixed.

Anyone else having issues with the server randomly running slowly? It seems to happen when I swap cars from the map or end a race or check standing in a H2H or press the race button. Delay is 20 - 30 seconds, then the game gets going again. Doesn’t happen consistently, but enough to be annoying.

Hi, I raised this to the team and as the issue is affecting everyone and that fixing it would result in people who've already completed the ladder not receiving the club points they should have won and that those who complete it after we've fixed it would have an unfair advantage, we've decided to leave it as it is.

Italy completely broken for me after the latest game update. Won’t let me click anything, and there is no way to get out of the map. You have to force close the whole game.

The update has introduced many, many bugs. It seems to be dependent on the type of phone/tablet you have. I am hearing lots of issues varying from device to device. We all know the performance of the cars has changed (into several instances of unrealism), and it seems that more individual issues like this are popping up. If the update was a widespread and obvious disaster, it would be rolled back, but I think this one is more nefarious with scores of little issues.

@junior prism Is there any intention to fix the breakdown in the physics of the game introduced with the latest Unity game update? Hutch went to extensive efforts 6+ years ago to get the game physics right, and they did a really, really good job with it. That has been broken with this last update, and while the game is still playable, it has become quite unrealistic on several tracks and the driving is much more unstable than in the past. My concern is that if this is not fixed additional bugs will compound the problem.

It didn't offend me. Hutch isn't go to fix it because it's always been that way. Early on they played around with the club points as they were figuring things out with the season play. It is what it is. Then being demanding to them isn't going to ever help. If everyone is earning the same potential points then it really doesn't matter if it 19,800 or 198,000.

Yes, best method is send a message from the settings menu in the game, that way they can see all your device details. But it definitely takes awhile for them to get back to you. I haven’t seen anyone else that can’t race. I had specific map problem and they were eventually able to fix it.

Pretty please with cherries on can the duplicate brackets be fixed again. Having two brackets for events is not good for having good races. Also they don’t fill evenly for the more popular events meaning you could end up in a bracket that has been open for hours. @junior prism @raven spindle

Plus, nobody can complain that they didn’t get into a fresh bracket when they enter at the last second. The benefit is that it gives poor racers better rewards since the brackets tend to be smaller.

Make sure you play the Rebel smash every day that rewards fusion credits and they do add up usually if you are doing ladders there is usually enough fusion credits to fuse the car and if you need cars to fuse with then it’s always a good idea to buy the D Nissan or Mustang so you don’t have to get rid of cars you want to keep

Believe me when I tell you that it’s impossible to finish a ladder unless you use the fusion credits that you are awarded because the bot cars that you are going to race are fused and faster than your car so the only way to win those races is to fuse the car

Send them a message in the game. Hopefully they will get back to you in a couple days. Occasionally they screw up and accidentally put the fusion credits too far into the ladder. They need to help you if that’s the case because it’s their mistake. But it’s better to contact them in the game.

Even me I'm not that new, I stopped playing over one or two years. Hutch always locked fusion credit to two levels of the Ladders the first one is level 14 you need to fuse the car to unlock level 15 of the ladder.

The second one is locked on level 18 you will need a second fuse to unlock the rest of the Ladder.

You have here a good example ; I don't need to double fuse the car because the Ladder have only a single lock at level 14, I can complete it with only one fusion 😉

You must be mistaken, Hutch have a very well defined maintenance window of all Monday to release changes so that changes to cars performance will not affect ongoing h2h events.

I would also recomend you read their very detailed and comprehensive relese notes as these give very good details on what changes and enhancements to expect, I will attach them here for you so you can see how clear it is. As you can see from the dates the releases are always in the maintenance window and never in the middle of a multi day h2h ... oh, apart from the last one ... and the one before ... and the one before ... and the one before ... I was on full throttle with the Range before installing the update (by accident). You’re easily 0.3s slower post update. That’s worth a full set of an amélioration level. It is ridiculous. If Hutch doesn’t make the update mandatory (which they don’t do as they don’t care) you‘ll have two categories of handling. The event info in the calendar tab tells you at which rung in the ladder you will need to fuse to move on. You can then veiw the ladder to see at which rung you will win fusion credits and how many you will get. If you didn't already have fusion credits banked before starting the ladder, why would you expect to be able to finish it?

There's no need to put him down. It's a long time game mistake that Hutch has acknowledged and in past fixed or credited players because of it. It got through with the game being in autopilot, using old ladders. The intent of the ladders has always been to get all the fusion credit needed to complete it. That's why many ladders were switched to 1 fusion. He was simply playing with what he's used to seeing because he's probably not playing as long many others who know the bugs or have ridiculous amount of extra fusion.

I can’t believe Hutch removed the duplicates of this event!!!! They don’t bother to change it when it is in the middle of the night and I don’t want to race. Now, I rearranged my whole day so I could race all 7 of these events, and Hutch reduces it to 1 event. There are slow server issues on the US server. Been happening the last couple of days. Up to 30 second delays between actions on the server.

If you've not done it, try changing the setting in "Options" for targeted advertisements. That's effected me in the past. Also don't hit rematch until the race is over. Doing it during the race is known to cause problems, especially if it towards the end of the race.

If I use a US vpn I can logon on the US server and end up in US events (B 6hr).
Disconnecting the VPN after already logged on and I can enter EU brackets (free D) so there is likely some issue around the logon / fetching profile.

I know some EU people have tried using VPN in US (including myself) and they end up in brackets on the US server, obviously they are doing that intentionally but that scenario did not work before the EU server outage a couple of weeks ago. I've been in the US many times in the past and always stay on the EU server regardless as it was always the account creation that dictated which server you end up on, not your current location.

There are a few round 1 events which still use gas.

I have the same problem with B milestone. Spent 300 gold to enter and ran 7 races then would not load next race. Shut off game and restarted phone and now the event is gone. ☹🤷‍♂️

It’s a known bug. While this happing only advice I can give is just keep force closing the app and reopening. It might come back after 1 time or it could take 7 or 8 restarts but it will come back and you can play it.

Multiple brackets issue is been there for a while now. Hutch is aware of it. Don't think they have enough resources to look into this / fix it. In US server this has been happening for over a year now I think and now happens in Eu as well.

No one makes you play them and if people want to waste their time and gold to enter them, well that's their problem and we can laugh about it. I'm not sure what makes them noncompetitive. To clarify are you talking about Hutch running the same h2h 2, 3, and even 4 times at once or are you talking about a single h2h where the brackets close and reopen so you get small brackets? Like on the US server for the 1-day h2h in the last hour? People complain about both scenarios. I get the broken small brackets issue being more of an issue.

Being in a top 20 club doesn't mean you have to run every points race. I've run for multiple top 20 clubs and none mandated such craziness. If someone is in club with requirements that stresses them, go find another one. This is only a game.

I think i found how to fix that bug, it's on server or device game files

On some events could show up to 20 same event in future, it seems they're adding/or copying one up to another (happens only for same events)

For example when one of those events ends the copy remains without reset itself for the next rotation

After watching the rematch ads the screen freezes when the ad ends my 5 gold is wasted every time how long is this going to continue ? even when i pay gold for a rematch the game freezes and after restarting i’m forced to lose the match this is extremely frustrating and unfair
