It’s not terribly relevant in my opinion, I’m guessing most won’t finish the Pass in time. But if you do finish, the question is do you want the Pass to just basically go away, or do you want it to keep giving you challenges just for fun, no rewards. We know nothing specific about the Pass, what challenges are, if they all take gas, if you get the same drop rate, etc. However, I’m usually in favor of giving players a choice. Even if I don’t see the point in challenges that give no rewards, it doesn’t affect me if others want to do it.

I just did 8 races with diffrent s tier and got nothing. Now 30+ without anything. Maybe they changed the drop rates when there is an active h2h. I need more people to test it.

Have Hutch give me a few hundred gas and I’ll test them all 😁. But it’s possible that active h2h could affect other parts of the game though. I think the introduction of Porsche crates ended the percentages of S in regular gold crates, so one thing could affect the other.

If you click on the Shop tab (lower left) you’ll see “car imports”. Keys are used to open the crates. Gold Keys have become arguably more valuable than gold. 100 keys required to open the various crates. Bronze crate gets you gold, augments and “cash”. The cash is used for upgrades but if you play this game a while cash becomes almost useless. I have over 11,000,000 in cash and at least 10,000,000 of it is useless to me.

Anyway, silver crates get you augments and a random pull for low to mid tier cars. Gold crate gets you a shot at mid to high tier car.

Get keys by completing the daily test drive. (Free). Also get keys by participant in ladders (costs gold).

I’m trying to complete all the free to play content but I’m completely stuck on these tiers and I don’t wanna waste time upgrading a car that isn’t capable of winning the ladder races. For example the default Mercedes that you’re given for B tier is capable of completing all the ladder races at stage 5 upgrade

There has to be a car that can complete each ladder race list for each tier that doesn’t require it to be fused. I’ve done B tier with the default car at stage 5 parts so surely there’s a car that can do all the others

Without having to pay £10 to play an event and get those fusion points for the specific brand of car then pay £10 to roll the dice and hope I get that brand of car for that tier then roll many more times to get cars that I can fuse to it

Even now I wish I had started the game a couple of months earlier, so I could have been in a better position than now. But yeah; new players are up against it for sure

I’m with you on that. Have had 3X 2014 BMW M4’s from the few gold crates that I’ve opened so far (playing 96 days) but they’ve just been used for the fusion of my 2017 Ford GT, so they do come in handy in the end!

Well you pay to race them , and to be competitive you REALLY need an upgraded car , which requires time investment and /or some money ... or you just need to be content with a game that will literally demand a huge amount of time to grind and you won’t be able to do some of the things you might want to do (you wouldn’t be able to max out lots of cars ) .. it will take discipline and restraint

With Free to Play games, people know how it plays, they know if they enjoy the game before they make any purchases. It’s on games companies to ensure purchases are compelling and valuable.

And don’t forget, this stuff all costs money to make. Designers, artists, 3d modellers, technical artists, client coders, server coders - it all involves a lot of people and they need to be paid for their work. If these games didn’t make money they wouldn’t exist in the first place.

From what I heard the rewards get really bad at 1 year. I would really like them to consider giving players a reason to keep playing. Reasonable daily rewards, and levels beyond 100 that occasionally give something. It costs them nothing but provides a lot of good will. Virtual items in a game have literally no value, but good will is a true economic asset.

Cash is worth zero in the game once you play for awhile. Don’t ever worry about having enough cash. Just use your gas to get cash and have a blast.

Always start the daily test drive with a couple gas, if you get in trouble hit pause then restart. You never want to miss out on those keys.

I never really see anyone use it. I never upgraded mine. My advice is lock all your cars that you have one of, then you can’t accidentally sell or fodder it. Then just leave them there until you need them. Only reason to upgrade a car before you need it for something is if your resource inventory is full for those parts.

There are two very good cars in the game, the D custom Camaro and C custom Subaru. The ongoing jokes are that I will never get an S tier P1 no matter how many crates I open, and the fact that I want to buy the two Customs but Hutch won’t put them for sale. I don’t remember that far back, sorry. But do you have any augments to put on? Are you using nitro to get ahead somewhere? As soon as you can get ahead in anyway possible then you have won, even if it’s an ugly line or you have to run into them.

You will have to fuse your car to finish the ladder. Get into some events or wait for one, fuse you car and you will be able to go through

There is a pintiac event coming up. Do u have one?

You will need 100 gold coins to enter the event. U will get keys and fusion points fom the event. U will have to open the silver crate And get a tier D car and use it as fusion fodder to fuse your pontiac. And once you have fused your pontiac you might have to upgrade to stage five atleast a few of the parts with stage five resources(which are pretty rare) and then you will be able to finish the ladder.

Or if you don't want to use your gold or waste a car as fusion fodder just yet, then I suggest you leave the ladder incomplete, defeat the boss and go to the next tier and then the next and when you reach a point where u have enough gold and cars come back and finish the tier D ladder and get some sweet keys as rewards.

Yes. You need to beat the boss to move forward, but there is no requirement to beat the ladder, you can leave them for later. It took me forever to finally finish the S ladder.

The parts on the right (when looking at resource inventory in garage) are utilized more often (if car only needs 1 s3 its the part on the right) and in larger quantities (if a car requires 2 s4... its always less of the part on the left and more of the part in the right 1/2 or 2/3)... so if drops were equal you would always be shorter on the right than the left (and middle in with s5)... but we aren't seeing that in all cases

wait for an event specific to that car and they often have fusion points.

You need fusion credits to fuse a car. They are listed in your Garage. To get them you have to join a ladder that offers those fusion. The Events channel shows upcoming events that have fusion in them. Then you need fusion fodder points, you get those by destroying extra cars you have. But I would recommend you don’t do that unless you have duplicate cars. As a new player fusion is something you have to put off for awhile unless you want to spend money.

It has said rung 18 needs 5 stars in the Events channel. That hasn’t changed. Each ladder listed in events should have the info if fusion is required. There are mistakes in there occasionally though.

In general be wary of those ladder events that offer fusion points .. there’s been errors made where it WAS NOT POSTED That it was necessary to fuse to finish the ladder 🤷🏼 or progress in the ladder . It’s lame . In fact be cautious about start times also , there’s been errors on those too. If you have a suspicion check around and ask
