How do I get better a predictions

I really want people to take my skills more seriously

Well focus less on predictions and more on good midground plays

Definitely depends on the team

However

You get better at predictions once you can properly assess what options the opponent has and what they're going to execute

This then informs how the board is going to position, understand which position would then be ideal for you, and what risks you need/do not need to take

Once you have that baseline skill - you'd be able to assess how your opponent is more likely going to react and whether or not they're aggressive or safe players

Only then can you go for "predictions" which 90% of the time aren't necessary to win games

Every board state has a a set of logical flowcharts since there are a finite number of variables outside of how a person thinks so once you have that framework you can work outside of it inn summary
