I can take a look. Off the cuff though a 12900k is gonna bottleneck a 4070 by around 29% meaning it's not quite powerful enough for the gpu.

12900k is an LGA 1700 socket so you can move up to a 13900 easily. 4070 is fine but technically only more powerful than a 3070, so a 3080 beats it (these numbers are misleading; thanks Nvidia)

Frankly if you're not overclocking your cpu, you don't need a K series, you just need a standard CPU that isn't an F series

You don't need an ethernet card or a sound card. Those are on board peripherals

4080s are still crazy expensive and they're announcing the 5k series soon. I still run a 2080 because I honestly dislike both the 3 and 4k series for quite a few reasons.

Biggest thing you're missing here are fans. You have a cooler for your cpu, but no intake or exhaust fans so you'll end up overheating anyway

I also highly recommend large hard disk storage drives. Run your OS from the SSD and store large files on the large hard disk

Personally if you are investing that much into a build I'd go with an AIO over fan cooling for the CPU

GPU is going to output a lot of heat and just get recirculated back into the CPU

If you have a bulkier Ceruledge and a defensive tera, I would opt for Swords Dance over Bulk Up

Your damage output increases faster and less turns to attack sooner.
