Then go from there based on the options you have on your team that can suitably perform in the intended way
Being honest, I'm not particularly sure how to explain "how to be consistent" since I'm more instinctual as a player who manages consistency via memory
Like I rarely ever sit down and analyse my replays unless it's been key matches like for the OPL

0 speed can be overrated. a lot of times u can run other speeds and just being aware of whats commonly run spread wise and iv wise can give u an edge. like knowing ur cir is usually always gna be faster then theirs outside of tr (say ur like 15iv or something random) and basically outspeeds mostly everything else under tr. instead of both being 0 speed and under or out of tr and just playing speed ties all game. thats miserable
