Don't get me wrong Terapagos Specs has to run 4 moves but it looks a bit weird, i would add sleep talk and remove Dark Pulse to counter Spore/Sleep Powder, you don't need to use Dark Pulse that much anyways
Tera Fairy Azumarill isn't a bad tera but you can get more value out of tera water since it boosts Aqua Jet and a 100% accurate move thats very reliable
