yea i think its no surprise some of the teams that did well were subversions of what people were using/building; zama w/o set up, the terapagos team w/ specs that almost won it etc

taking stuff that ppl maybe have faced but the overall compositions and moves/items being different changes how that matchup is played

they both take more pro active approaches

also the miraidon team in some respects to the core being out there b4 but some updates that give it better matchups into a decent amount of archetypes. miraidon is inherently proactive haha

from my experience w/ csr is its very position based. its not frail but not bulky but a lot of times ur not getting 1hkos or are facing immunities/resists. its about clearing those, getting them to tera out of those resists/immunities or getting them in range where u can click stuff like ab and just start snowballing

but it does have a lot of hate and i think in bo3 it gets a bit more tricky to achieve that
