could also allow for a TR mode with cress + ting + last slot (maybe something like ursaluna?) but that doesnt really work with your restricted slot

SoR applies to Defense. The way Body Press works is that the Defence stat is then moved and taken as the Attack stat. Tablets of Ruin would be the thing that actually reduces Body Press damage

With impressive defensive coverage, this team will have you comfortably winning games with 4-0 if you just understand how to pilot it, with an emphasis on the aforementioned board positioning, terastalize timing and win-con identification.

Strong pivot power with damage mitigation options allows you to develop a late-game board state while preventing your opponent from building up momentum as you slowly chip away at them.

Grimmsnarl runs no screens, instead opting to lean into its moveset with priority options such as Fake Out and Sucker Punch. Parting Shot already acts like a targeted form of screens with equal levels of damage mitigation. Roseli Berry allows you to Spirit Break Flutter Mane once for free.

Heatran here runs Magma Storm, despite its accuracy (I for one, know this all too well) has a lot more value due to its DoT and trapping.

Rotom-W is also a forgotten metacall, being able to resist both Urshifu-Rapid-Strike's Surging Strikes and Lando-T's STABs, and crippling physical attackers with Wisp. (The choice of Tera-Poison here is for Flutter Manes)

Amoonguss is specifically meant to underspeed Ursaluna in Trick Room, but that's the only thing of note.
