Blissey feels super bad this format. There's a lot of physical attackers and she absolutely folds to them. Not to.mention she suffers heavily from amfad (all my friends are dead) syndrome. It doesnt threaten the opponent with damage, with redirection, nor with crippling status effects. So your opponent is free to ignore her and take out the paetner. Effectively making it a 1 vs 2

• If Annihilape is going Tera-Fire to deal with stuff like Flutter Mane, it's more worthwile to have offensive investment especially in Adamant nature + some form of Physical bulk otherwise Urshifu just checks you.
• Whimsicott needs an offensive move.

• Archaludon still has insufficient bulk to live CC, you have double Dragon STAB and is completely missing Body Press
• Salamence has like, no appropriate bulk, and Flamethrower is just ???

The philosophy behind teambuilding is very different than learning how to IV/EV train

Ev train is effort value, certain items like vitamins and feathers or killing Pokémon can increase this. A Pokémon can gain 510 effort values in total, with a max of 252 in each stat. For every 4 evs you obtain your stat increases by one, this helps in competitive Pokémon because you can increase stats ur Pokémon is lacking or raise them to make them even more powerful
