Hey I know this is probably not the place for this but I kinda need to vent.... I'm quitting VGC I just can't bare the weight of not being good enough my negative W/L ratio has haunted me for too long and now I'm filled with anxiety from both quitting and playing this game has no joke made my mental health worse I wish I could be better I wish I could play more but I just can't deal with it

Hey man, at the end of the day, VGC is a game and shouldn't be bringing you stress or anything along the lines of that. I can fully understand the struggles of wanting to do better but things not going your way, and every time I feel that way, I always find that taking a step back and letting go for a bit, whether it be long or short is super helpful. Obviously the stress comes from a place of passion, so I know that it'll feel bad to quit for good. Taking that into account, I think you should take some time away from VGC, let your mental recover, and come back to VGC when you're feeling better. And if you are wanting to come back, the comp helpers here will most definitely be willing to help
