Or you can just dump 20, 28, or 36 points in SPE and just hope you win the Heatran mirror

There's really no reason to run Snowscape and Snow Warning on ANinetales - remove Snowscape for anything better

Spikes is unnecessary - if this is anything like how VGC plays out you won't see a ton of switching.

Ninetales is probably better doing a more dedicated support role so going bulkier is probably decent there.

Otherwise you have two things that look like they want to sweep with no attack investments

Flip Turn on Empoleon is very much unnecessary.

Same with Bundle.
