You're really looking at playing out either the Moth or Valiant as your sweeping condition, Dragapult would be better off offering some support in there unless you want damage on the table which I don't think you're missing

You almost never see it anymore because its not worth the move slot.

Hands has leftover EVs you can put into either attack, defense, or some speed
Fire tera to resist both Flutter and Chi Yu as well as no burn, Water is something to test as well. Most Hands now run max spdef as that plus 4 HP usually surprisingly lives Moonblast from Flutter
Sinistcha I used a Wolfe spread as you don't need max spatk on a Mon you usually have filling a support role
Also gave it Rocky Helmet to make it a little more annoying to hit with contact moves

Rest of your team looks good to me
Also bear in mind when investing, you can only invest in 3 or 5 stats as investing in 4 always leads to wasting EVs
