I am not quite certain but someone on my server managed to auto pop all PS5 trophies for fall guys from PS4. Anyone else has this happen to him/her? I was certain that you needed to create a new Epic account in order to gain the trophies once more. But this guy just opened the game and boom. He even showed the trophy date stamps. Any chance that there is a fix for the trophylist?

Yes, they fixed the PS Trophies Bug, so you don't need to create another Epic Account in order to get them, and they should auto pop from PS4 to PS5 and Vice Versa

It's an Issue that's happening on all Platforms since there's a Bug with the Sound Engine where it has Issues loading in the SFX, and when it does, it loads all of the SFX at once, causing a Lag Spike to occur

UPDATE: I realized it's pretty much with every final, but specially the Hex finals... it's weird tho because this doesn't happen on the other rounds, only during the final round :( hope they fix it soon

I logged in to fall guys for the first time in a long time (maybe a year ish) to play with my friend in raked mode and I try to turn on voice chat but get this pop up. My friend also has this problem and hes Xbox Series X (and I'm PS4)

I've never had parental problems before. I'm 17 and I run my own PS4. My account I use is the family manager under PS4 and I shouldn't be blocked from anything.

When I try to click "permissions web portal" it brings me to epic log in and I choose PS4 (because that's what I have to log in with) and PS4 says that I "cannot use this feature"

I'm unsure what to do because I need voice chat to talk to my friend and stream at the same time since I Livestream off of PS4 and discord is not integrated.

I believe that since your PSN Account is Tied to the Family Manager, the Epic Account that's Linked to your PSN Account automatically became a Cabined Account.
You need to Log Into your Epic Account via PSN on their Website, although you might need to do so on a different Device, such as your Phone or PC

There's a Bug with Fall Ball Cup where if you Reach the Final Round, it Resets your Progress with Low Baller, so you have to Get 1-0 on Round 1, and then Get Eliminated on Round 2

Rebuild Database:

1. Power off your PS4 and do not use rest mode.
2. Hold the power button down until you hear two quick beeps. This will alert you that you have entered Safe Mode.
3. Connect your DualShock 4 controller to the USB-A slot in the front of the PS4.
4. Scroll down in the menu until you reach option 5, Rebuild Database.
5. Press the X button to start the rebuild.

How to clear PS5 cache & save data for a crash fix:
Enter safe mode:
1. Turn off your console by holding the power button for three seconds. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.
2. Once the console is off, press and hold the power button again. Release it after you hear the second beep — one beep will sound when you first press, and another seven seconds later
3. Connect a PS5 DualSense controller with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.

To clear the cache,
4. Select the fifth option down - 'Clear Cache and Rebuild Database' and then select clear cache and wait.

Delete Save Data (Don't worry you won't lose your progress I have done it)

5. Go into PS5 Settings> Storage > Console Storage > Saved Data > And delete both Fall Guys old launcher and new launcher data.

6. Once it’s done, restart your PS5.

All PlayStation players need to download the new launcher in order to continue playing Fall Guys after 9th May when the old app retires. You can download the new launcher already, it should be in your library. Once you've done that, open the game and go into the DLC store and the Retro Shark DLC will be in there to download for free.

The only reason I think that is because when the “New” launcher came out I did not get the trophies from the “Retired” launcher until it actually connected to the FG servers. So that makes me think that pretty much all game progress and stats are saved only on the server and not your console.

Hey, I'm sure this has been asked but I'm having trouble finding support that actually works.

I played Fall Guys back when it was first released (before it was the Free for All) and got some cool costumes and had some currency built up. I've started playing again (because my friends all got into it recently), and downloaded the new launcher like I was supposed to but none of my costumes or stuff is there.
I've linked my Epic and PS accounts like the support site says to do and still nothing. Is all that stuff just lost forever?
I was also told by a friend that previous players were getting a free season pass but can't find that anywhere. Is that true?

Also I read the FAQ and fall into #1 and #2 I think and when I click the link it just says to reach out support. Does this count as reaching out?
