PS4/PS5 player here

I have an issue regarding trophies for the latest version of the fall guys application on the PS5.

So in short I gained all the trophies on both the first and second application. But with this third application (PS5 version) I am unable to obtain any trophies whatsoever. I’ve been playing with second application for a while even after the third was already available. So halfway season 1 when my season pass was fully done I switched applications after. Not considering there would be more trophies to be obtained due the newer application.

So after playing I thought maybe I didn’t get trophies because I was already done with the pass or something, but usually due game progression or other types of saves trophies even for online should just pop. However even in season 2 I passed over the 10th rank of the season pass and still didn’t get that trophy or any for that matter. I did get a couple weird ones like ‘Big Tease’ and ‘Fall Bae’ but no progression related trophies.

So I was hoping if there was a way to either to force to trophies into my account or to enable them again so I can collect them once again for the third time. Making me a triple Infallible Guy.

I have the same issue, i got 91% on the legacy app and got every trophy i had on the newer ps4 version.

I am only missing infallible on the ps4 and legacy version and now it's impossible for me to get it on ps4 version because i got it on the ps5 version.

Only a few trophies were possible on ps5 a third time. I think right now its possible to get every trophy only if you had platinum on the legacy version on the new ps4 or the ps5 version, not both.

No. First check if your internet is stable, and maybe reset the connection.
If that doesn't work, try a fresh installation of the game. If you then still cannot play you can delete your save game under the playstation settings. Do not worry, your progress and your inventory are saved elsewhere. Only thing which will happen is that you need to re-adjust your ingame settings and you will see the introduction again.
If you still cannot get into a match try to contact the customer support but be prepared they will first tell you the same like I do here now to exclude the most common issues.

mediatonic player support is reliable. They won't tell you stuff which is harming.

If you don't know how to change the port google for "router name/version, company name, changing port".

My partner also needed sometimes to change those ports for other games.

Guys i got a problem and i fixed it so if you got into that problem dw just dm me

My ps4 got blocked and i didn't switch off the ps4 with the controller when i switched it on again it did a download then they told me to connect my controller with my USB cable then click on PS thing on the controller then they got me into Safe Mode and then they told me to redownload the version of system don't worry what u have to do is go to a pc then enter a storage device in the pc then go to PlayStation.com and then you'll see a redownloading file it has 1Go (Not 475Mo) when u download it you have to delete everything on your storage device with (FAT32) then create a file named (PS4) then make a sub file named "UPDATE" then place the file that you downloaded in it and then remove your storage device from the pc then place it on the ps4 then click Ok and it'll download and done!

NOTE : this will remove all of your games, but if that problem got in your ps4 it's important to redownload the version

Yes, I got them. It's not shown on the shard bar rising, but after restarting the game the number of crowns rises. Sadly this issue blocked me from doing my usual screenshot when I rank up....got my golden wolf bottom in that time.

I am not sure. But I do think that the support who is able to deal with that is epic, and not mediatonic. Epic has this issue since I started playing it in 2017. I think you should maybe ask again at epic.

Yup. They've told me the same advice over and over about promoting the nameless account to a full one, which I've already done. And I've asked both support teams if I am able to transfer to my real Epic account without losing progression and they both keep saying they can't help and to go ask the other support team lol

iirc when f2p started (or maybe right before) this was a very common issue and ppl were able to transfer items to their main acct, but not season progress or currency. Maybe they changed something or maybe Nirriti is right about a new support team or something (maybe epic employees instead of MT?) or maybe I’m just wrong 🙃
If they can transfer items but not progress then maybe you should wait until the new season starts so you don’t lose any progress from the new pass

Yeah I have no idea but they did say they can mayyyybe restore my cosmetics if I first unlink and then link my real account. But they can't guarantee if they actually can so I'll be taking a risk since unlinking the nameless account means for sure resetting my save. So they advice to just keep my psn linked to the wrong epic account forever 🥲

I am working with Fall Guys support on an issue I am having with my PS4 after the latest update last week. I have Auto Grab Ledges set to "ON" and when I use the R2 trigger to grab a trapeze, it won't release me when I release the R2 trigger. I just swing back to the start point. If I set Auto Grab Ledges to "OFF", then it works properly. FG Support said they can't duplicate the problem on their side but I have never had this problem until the latest update. I would appreciate it if anyone can test this out on their PS4 and report back. Thanks!

@solid seal That sounds like the other bug before when you cannot save the newest emote in your emote wheel.
Maybe try the fix for that for your issue: Equip what you want to wear, and then equip anything else. If it it is the same as the emote thing, you should then wear your wanted costume.

I came here for the exact same problem. I’ve read elsewhere that the Head Turner trophy was updated to allow Legendary/Special cosmetics to unlock the trophy but Catwalk Model still requires a Legendary item.

When it came out on epic, I downloaded it and launched it on my pc

My epic was already connected to my playstation so i thought the stuff would auto transfer but when I opened it up on pc, I had none of my skins

I then logged on on playstation as well but it logged in with the account from the epic version

How do I get my skins back?

It's not locked down because you are on pc, it's bugged to unlock for many, many ps players. Esp those which played it on different platforms/other versions (eg I unlocked all on ps4, but none on ps5).

Played FG for months on PS4 flawlessly until I finally upgraded to a PS5 around three months ago. I've not been able to play one single game of FG yet.

I go into Solo Show, it looks for players and reaches around 37, before looking for another match, waiting for a server and then continuing the same loop.

I have server region set to automatic, but have also tried Europe, and crossplay is on.

But @tall portal in your case I would try a fresh installation and a reset of the internet router.

it is bugged, I have the same thing but the other way round, platinumed it on ps4, and stuck on trophies on ps5.

Have a not urgent but just curious question, I’m posting this here but this also can apply to Switch or Xbox, if the game is saving via Epic Games account in what I assume is a cloud storage with Epic, then what is actually being saved to the console? It's a bug. As a workaround you need to unfriend and friend again before every new lobby.

I apologize as this might not be the right place. I moved from the Switch to my new PS5. When I did this I had a -9800 Showbucks difference. I opened a ticket and they said it needed to be escalated due to the type of issue. The first one went unanswered for over 20 days. I'm on my second one and its been about 10 days now. I purchased the season pass which I can't play (due to acquiring Showbucks which just goes towards my debt). Does anyone know what I should do about this? Or where I should go? there is a bug that when u open your game and go to store hit refresh for new items, nothing happens and game freezes up, u need to force shut the game - or also freezes and L1+R1 is not usable if you go to the game-pass crown rank tab in the game. yeah .. it's fixed as of today, with the new fame pass hit our games ... i assumed as much that they would not bother to fix it until they had an 'actual' update to push in the game.

If you disconnect your epic account, you create a new one and link it to your ps account! The Epic counter restarts from zero and your Ps5 trophies may pop, but you will have to start over those that you did not obtain. Too much hassle for me....I just wait. Not the first game I cannot plat because of a bug.

there's an inofficial workaround if you disconnect your epic account and connect it to a new epic account. The huge disadvantage is that you then have to ask the support to transfer your items from the old epic account to the new one.
For me it is too much risk of losing my stuff so I bear with the non-working trophies. 😦

But after more than a year I also stopped hoping they'll fix it.

I did not buy sbucks recently, but I also did not notice anyone else telling it here...I follow the help channel quite good.
Tbh, it feels weird to me that a professional support forwards you to the player supported help channel of discord.

Only other thing I could imagine is that you bought them maybe on a different epic account? This can happen sometimes if you buy them on pc and do not make sure which account you are logged in with.

PS5 trophies are fixed if you haven’t played on PS4 prior. Meaning you need to play with different epic games account in order to fix the trophies for you PS5 version. Shoot me a DM and I’ll explain in high detail

In combination with PC, I am not entirely sure. But As long as you have earned trophies on the PS4 version of the game they and the remainder of which are left will never pop on PS5.

Unless you unlink your psn from your Epic games and create a new epicgames account within the game

There are some restrictions. You can only refund items which are not longer than 30 days in your inventory. Also, you can only refund 3 items per year.
And you get to support and returns by pressing options in the inventory. (See buttons at the bottom of the screen in the inventory)

Just got told to unlock trophies that are glitched for me, like Catwalk Model & Infallible, the only way to earn them was to unlink the Epic account that I'm on & using under my current PSN, then switch to a new Epic account & re-attempt to earn the trophies on the newer Epic account. That way when you completed your hunt you can revert back to it later.

It is because the FG game you or they played was on a older gen than PS5 which in return doesn’t autopop the trophies.

Maybe if the other player did the trophies on the PS5 version and only PS5 version it might autopop.

But not sure about that.

But getting crowns is way too easy nowadays. Just play the harder custom maps and you’ll get a crown every 4 min.

a semi-workaround I found on Reddit is to clear the PS5 cache by completely turning off the console, unplugging it and waiting 1-2 minutes, and replugging it and turning the console back on. you should be able to host a few custom matches without the infinite loading screen bug

The inofficial workaround requires you to unlink the epic account, gain the trophies with a fresh linked new epic account, and then link back to the first epic account.
The last step involves the help of the support, so if you really want to do that, contact them beforehand and explain what you want to do.
I for my part won't risk my years old account full of costumes. I wait for their fix...although it's already over a year and I doubt they have it a priority.

Ive been told I have to contact Epic and tell them to link the account to a new PS acc, but ive heard you can lose all the progress you've done on games owned by Epic.
Like, can anybody confirm if this is true? And if so, how can I keep all my progress?

You should be good as long as your new psn account is connected to your epic games account. Then you can keep your epic games game progress.

But as Goose said, you should probably be fine, at least for things that are crossplay. Non-crossplay games might be the only problem but, again, I have no exp with it

Support has high demand these days, and I have already asked to change my account, and they even tell you to not make more than request at a time. if the info I've been told isnt outdated, I could ask in the moment where you can exchange messages with an actual human being.

Hi hello hi I'm back
I fixed the problem, and it turns out its simple, you need to unlink your PSN account from Epic (Which at first place its a bit scary), and then go to the help page > Account > Relink account (something like that), once in there you'll need to verify your Epic and new PSN account, and once that's done, you will be ready and set up! No need to contact support.
Once you did it you cant do it again for a whole year, which, yeah fair.

Additionally both are linked to my main discord account which has a very valuable role in one of the servers I am in.

there is a work around that involves linking to another Epic account and then linking back to your original one

Just wondering if there's been any fix to the trophy bug where if you obtained the achievement on another system from your main, you're blocked from getting it on your main system (eg. if you unlocked 20 wins on a PS4, you can't get it on PS5)
