Back in the Online Network Test, they Removed the World Match Mode when the Joker Festival was Active, instead of Keeping Both Modes Active, and They're doing it Again in the Release Version with the Miku Event.
World Match Mode is the Standard Mode that Allows you to Rank Up and Such, while Festival Mode a Different Mode with Different Rulesets and Such, that Don't Allow you to Rank Up, But Instead Give You Exclusive Cosmetics, such as Themed Decals.

Like yeah, the map visually is better there than now. But I dunno, it was just kind of a basic Marvel season.
