Ok, so with how Discord Currently Works, if you Give a Role the Slowmode Bypass Permission, it also Gives People with the Role the Ability to Do Things such as Delete Messages. This Update will Separate these Two Permissions, so you can Have a Role that Bypasses the Slowmode, but Not Delete Messages, and Vice Versa
