Idk, all I know is that the seasoned players seem to prefer 12 player lobbies and 3 lap tracks. And I think it's important to cater to them as well since they built this franchise and are still here. Better to take a both option approach instead of forcing this new one.

All creators I follow love MKW and seem to think it's better. But they aren't happy with this latest change. Effects them less tho since they mostly play competitive lounge now, which is private lobbies with 12 players and only 3 lap tracks as the rule. That's how I would play the game as well if I got it. 24 players seem too chaotic/RNG and I'm no fan of bagging.

like some killers had small bugs that made them a bit more difficult to play, and then there was nemesis who had to be killswitched (made unplayable by the devs) cuz of a weird bug involving a perk you can use

the funniest part of that... all the update did was add a new survivor and rework how quests are handled

i feel like the solution is obvious to me, have the options be split between 2 intermission tracks, 2 regular tracks (so one extra option there) and then have two seperate random buttons for full / intermission tracks

so 6 total choices between races

Usually in lobbies around 70% picked random to get 3 lao track

I dont know how Nintendo deduced from this that intermission tracks is all what players want
