So the crown lvl visual glitch, is it always off by 1 lvl or what is it?

Not necessarily

The glitch is produced because the game doesn't consider the crowns gained before the game went free to play, so if you got let's say 1000 crowns before that, the game won't count them and will show a lower CR

But depends of what CR you are and how many crowns you got before the game went free

I'm pretty sure, if you finished the Fame Pass, the daily's and Weeklies that reward Fame would give shards instead (regular shards, not Fallback). If you complete them you'll get those shards rewarded. But, you won't get any Fallback shards from those, because they don't reward Fame anymore (you will still get Fallback shards from just playing, though)

I can't be 100% sure about this, but I'm gonna guess it works like that. Perhaps you can try asking someone that knows more

There’s no reason to play squads in general, unless you are with friends or trying to do some daily challenge.

The reward is awful. Play a bunch of rounds with randoms, and if you actually manage to win you get the same reward you would have gotten in 4 explore rounds with zero effort or stress

And like 4-20 beans in a show

well any time i get a full lobby of 32 beans (which is rare but it still happens) the final almost always ends up having more than 10 people because the qual rates were increased for some reason
and then the game picks hex or thin ice which are literally the absolute worst finals to get with that many people

its the reason i dont like the change to games being forced to have 4 rounds
