1. Be respectful.
Respect one another. There is a zero tolerance on any racism, ableism, threats of violence, sexism, homophobia, or discrimination. This is the online world. There will be disagreements, arguments, different interests and points of view. However, we should all be kind and understanding and know that behind the screen, we are all human beings with emotions and feelings.
Do not engage, act upon, argue with, or acknowledge someone being rude to you or other members. The moderator team is specifically trained and provided resources as to how to handle situations like this. If you feel that it is missed or would like to make a report, please contact @karmic timber.
2. Keep it appropriate.
Please avoid using harsh language, swearing, or posting content that is NSFW. This includes but is not limited to content that is only appropriate for members 18+, endangers others, depicts violence, extremism, or any other sort of harmful content.
3. Stay on topic.
Unless stated otherwise remember that this is server is for the game, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout and this should be one of the main points of discussion. This rule also applies to discussions surrounding other games/topics in #fall-guys-chat. When in doubt, read the channel description and if you still require assistance, ask a member of staff.
4. Do not beg, advertise, or sell goods of any kind.
Advertisements of any kind are not permitted inside of DM's or within the Discord server. You may also not ask for a copy of the game, Discord Nitro, server boosts, distributing, guiding or encouraging the use of unauthorized programs, in game content, currency, or any other sort of media. Just as how you cannot beg for items, you should not be providing them either. Do not sell the game, currency, or other types of content within this server.
This rule also covers channels/events within our server as well. For example, do not beg for likes on your posts, or spam share them around for more attention.
5. No spam or malicious content.
Posting multiple messages with the same content across several channels is unacceptable and may result in immediate action. Do not attempt to send malicious links, photos, or videos. This includes (but is not limited to) GIFs to purposefully crash Discord, IP Loggers, malware, key loggers, scams, or otherwise dangerous content that could harm an individual’s property or rights. Members are also not allowed to send links anywhere inside of the server, unless you have the <@&818595528476065804> role.
6. No offensive content.
There are many types of content that is unacceptable or rude, so it is impossible to list it all out. However, here are some examples of content that is not allowed. Racism, homophobia, jokes around sensitive topics such as terminal illnesses, suicide, bullying etc. This also includes defending offensive or harmful content, such as saying certain things are allowed because of religious belief, political affiliation, region, etc.
7. No user bots or alt accounts.
Unapproved user bots and alternate accounts are not allowed here. This includes using accounts to circumvent warnings, bans, or other user infractions.
8. No politics.
Talking about serious issues involving government officials, political parties, or religion is not allowed. Even if these topics are approached in a civil manner, this is not the correct space for these conversations.
9. Do not evade filters.
This applies to both words and links. Do not use the Discord spoiler tag, or similar things to bypass filters and/or make words appear like an inappropriate/unacceptable term. If something is censored, it is censored for a reason.
10. Do not leak, or expose, or doxx other users.
Posts and discussions which have anyone's personal data such as a email address or telephone number – regardless of whether this is their own or that of other persons – are not allowed and will be removed. Posting "fake" information as a joke, is also not allowed and will also be removed as we cannot verify these claims.
11. Do not impersonate Discord staff, game staff, or in-server staff.
Impersonation of such officials will result in immediate action being taken on you, with or without warning prior. This is a serious offense.
12. Do not mini mod.
This goes without saying that actions, conversations, or other types of moderator type work should be reserved for the moderation team, and not for the average member. This means do not warn, threaten, or harass another member with moderation action. If you see something that needs moderator intervention, please open a @karmic timber thread so we may investigate.
Alternatively, you can use the !mods command to ping available staff.
13. Do not share leaks, exploits, datamined information from the game.
Do not do this. We take this super seriously as we do not want to ruin the experience for other players or highlight exploits in the game which may lead to unfair advantage among other players, or the community. We also do not appreciate glorification of exploits or other bugs that clearly are not intentional. Do not post photos, videos, or any other type of media concerning hackers or cheaters. You may also not speak of, nor promote knock off/copies of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout.
14. Have a level of quality in your posts.
This means that you should not post or spam, single letters, stickers, emojis, or other types of media without context. We ask that you use modern English and to not use older, offensive terms if they have bad meanings or connotations behind them.
15. Emoji + sticker regulations.
You may not under any circumstances use emojis or stickers which are inappropriate, depict real violence, are NSFW/L, breach our rules, or contain Pepe/Pog Champ (the original).
