No. You don't need two switches. You just need the switch that your main home account is on.
When you play the games, it has to be on the Tier 4 account and you have to be on airplane mode

Ok well. It’s all up to you about what you want in your team, but here is how I would do it. I would pick a pokemon and base the set up around that. I would then pick the pokemon that would work best with your main. I use these websites to get info: game 8 for the tier list and what pokemon will work well with it (click how to make a team after you click in a pokemon) I also use it for the base format.

Then I would use the pikalytics to modify different moves and the ev spreads

And then just use pokemon showdown team build to get everything for the bot
