So .dump is like this. After you run that command it will begin a trade. And you connected to the bot like usual. You will click trade on the Pokémon you want a full analyses on. Then you can cancel the trade without actually trading away anything. The bot will PM you a file and summary of the Pokémon. To which you can use the file to open on PHEK to find you SID or you can see if this pokemon was fishy or not.

Hm, in regards with the new video up, I used the Bot here to Generate a Shiny Mew into SV to help beat the Mewtwo Raid. Would I be able to move it into Home? It doesn't have like the Pokemon Go "G" Icon next to it, so I'm not 100% sure if I can move it onto Home or not. I just know it doesn't have the G next on its PC Icon, so Home at least won't check if it came from Go to Home to Violet

Update 2: I went to SwSh Gengar and ordered a Shiny Mew in that game. Once traded over, I went to Home to deposit the Mew which said it was from Hoenn (and was apparently Japanese for...some reason, idk), and...it worked. It successfully got sent into Pokemon Home and planted into SV.

It seems like Pokemon Home doesn't account for the Gen 8 Games, cause that Mew wouldn't have a Home Tracker on it, despite the fact it said it was from Hoenn. So there might be a work around here

I might have to test a bit more, but right now it seems like Pokemon Genned in SwSh can bypass the Home Tracker

as I didn't even have the problem last week, but today is a different story.

so.. I genned a hoppip and caught a hoppip. The caught one goes to home. The genned one causes an error.

The biggest frustration is that it's not every genned but in paldean pokedex that fails.

so the gen doesn't default to being available in SV, legitimately?

i.e. why would it say hatched in bdsp when I can catch it on poco path or whatever it's called?

and yes, I know, hoppip is just a dumb example since it's lame and catching it with crap stats would be enough.
