Depending on what device you're using it can be done in one of these two ways. (As stated by patreons support page)

If on PC you should follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Patreon.com account

• If you’re not seeing the Membership tab, you may be in the creator view — click on your profile name in the bottom left corner > click on Settings > click on the Membership tab

4. Locate the creator and click on the View Details button
