So, think about it like this. The bot has to trade you them through online trades. You cannot Online trade illegal pokemon. And believe it or not, pokemon home has really bad detection for hacked pokemon.

So tldr, no. You cannot get any illegal pokemon from this server's bots, and if by some stroke of events lining up you do (which wont happen) its a bug.
