For Tera Type, a default good choice is Steel due to the Defensive nature of the Steel Typing. But thats just me. Aside from that, I'd recommend Speed EVs

And I’m using it in doubles with Miradon setting the electric surge, and raichus ability doubles it’s speed in electric surge

So I dint think speed is needed

Swagger
Spirit break
Light screen/reflect

Basically Grimmsnarl uses scary face and swagger into lurantis

Boosting speed and attack

Sharply because of contrary

Then lurantis hopefully out speeding the opponent

Not sure if this could work

Yeah, what sucks most about the berries, is that you can't just buy them rn, you have to find them through the shiny item pick ups just out in the world.

And while there are literally dozens or even hundreds of items to pick up, I don't think anyone is gonna spend the time to pick up every one. Most people tend to hover around the desert when item farming, and even then...its RNG. You could end up with a ton berries that drop Attack, Defense, and Speed EVs by 10 each, but you lack the ones you need to lower a Pokemon's Sp. Attack
