In all seriousness, I would check to see if there are 2-3 active alliances already. If so, creating a new alliance will likely stunt your growth.

But if you want to create one, there should be a create new alliance option in the alliance menu. Then go hard with recruitment

Hoping it’s not a flop like when I waited for Abad replacement only to get Jett who was only modestly better in certain situations or Quily 2.0 which turned out to be Quily 1.1
