Duke is definitely better… Marv is horrible. Marv at ES5 hits like any other ES5 because trigger rate sucks and her damage per trigger being at ES7 level returns ES5 results. The problem is it’s the same at ES7 and ES5 results. The ONLY way to fix her is to change the ES7 bonus and add increased chance of triggering like Katyusha’s exclusive. But Chris still cannot push Leon enough to replace Po’s damage and a BIGGER problem is TW just screwed players out of 1-1/2 years of collecting and buying Titan Gear Effects for those that pushed Armor Breaking and Heavy Blow on Po. Chris should have had an Active Skill even if it was smaller like Nelle/Asuka. this would have helped with Titan Gear and Booster Damage enough to compete with Po. Also Striker is hit and miss. He either goes HAM or gets caught napping and with Redfield having no active skill that leaves Leon by himself.
