It does seem that adding Ada in hero trials makes Shen, Jester and Ada much stronger, even meta at es7, but it should be confirmed in Arena. If some whales want to test it and report, please do. I could only test it in hero trials, which is synthetic, so it might be wrong tests. 😄

I'm looking at battle reports, and I'm watching battles. From what I see, es5 is wasted on Shen. Difference is very, very small. When it says she can make target vulnerable, up to 3 units, it seems it really means that. Up to 3, not 3. It can be one, two or three. Mostly it's 2, on average.

If you have Shen es5, you might test it, with es5, and without, against same opponent, in Arena. Difference in your winning or losing should be very small. If you need help how to test it, I can explain it. It's easy, and it will help decide if es5 is really not needed for Shen.

I used Earthshaker for a long time, testing the same chipset across - Sawblade on counter Army march has consistently performed better than every other HT, on both offense and defense

Thankfully, my magnet march is a backup and can afford to lose the magnet slots, but providing that from my side

At the end of the day, HT die a lot, so can’t get too used to relying on them anyway

So, like many things - situational decision

have you brought all the march decors in the decor set store, condensed all rare and common march skills into 1 troop type. Got lucky with decors 🤭 If you focus on only 1 branch then you can get up there obviously its hard
