The damage multiplier seems to be similar to stromoy, but just against targets under the debuffs which makes this a lot better

Because stromoy has the problem of our units getting hit by unit and heroes and lose the HA and LS

Losing them, implies loss of DMG+

Now if this new hero is accurate on text... You just need a good spread of debuffs to maximize your hits
