It's worth it as universal hero, it would be useful for at least a year, even longer. Can be used on all marches, so long life for it.

If you're army, Nelle - Quily combo is really strong (best, and it should stay viable for a year, maybe even much more, but we never can tell, new heroes come all the time, about 20 each year).
